Check refrigerant levels
Clean or replace air filters (media & electronic filters are excluded)
Debris removal and light clean of outdoor condensing unit.
Check condenser fan blades, and compressor amp draws

Inspect equipment for visible wear and tear
Inspect relay(s), contactor(s), capacitors, & hard start kit(s)
Inspect evaporator and condensing coils, and temperature difference across coil(s)
Inspect and lubricate all motors, bearings, and other moving parts
Inspect and calibrate the thermostat(s)

Fall Tune Up
