Manuel & Sons Service Co. ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit manuelandsons.com, contact us, or request service, and what we do with it. We keep it plain and simple: we use your information to serve you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
When you contact us or request service, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, and the service details and messages you send through our contact form, our quote builder, phone calls, or Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
When you browse the site, we also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, device type, browser, and the pages you view. This helps us understand which pages are useful and fix problems.
How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your requests and answer your questions
- Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians
- Prepare and send quotes and estimates
- Improve our website and the service we provide

Cookies and analytics

When you submit a quote or contact request, hashed (scrambled) versions of your contact details may be shared with Meta so we can measure advertising results. Hashed data cannot be read by us or by Meta as plain text.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you submit your information through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, that information is sent to us so we can respond to your request. It is handled under this privacy policy just like information you give us directly.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate: companies that host our website, deliver our email, and run analytics. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request — for example, to confirm an appointment or send a quote. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and service information for as long as needed to serve you, maintain our records, and comply with Texas licensing requirements. Website analytics data is kept for a limited period (no more than 365 days) and contains no personal identifiers.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
