Trusted HVAC contractor in Terrell Hills, Texas

Terrell Hills is a small independent city next to Fort Sam Houston and Alamo Heights, about 10 minutes from our shop, with 1940s through 1960s homes on mature, shaded lots. Many of these houses were built with early central air or had it added in the 1970s, and the duct systems show their age. We do a lot of careful replacement work here where the equipment goes in a tight closet or attic and the duct runs need to be corrected. Terrell Hills homeowners call us for the same reasons their Alamo Heights neighbors do: we have worked on these houses for decades and we know how to keep the work clean.

Every air conditioner, heat pump, gas furnace, and rooftop unit we service in Terrell Hills is handled by a licensed Texas HVAC technician (TACLB80551C) — never a subcontractor. From quick AC repair calls and emergency heater diagnostics to full HVAC system replacement and routine seasonal maintenance, our family-run team treats every Terrell Hills home like our own.

Common HVAC issues we see in Terrell Hills homes

• Air conditioners short-cycling or freezing up during 100°F+ Terrell Hills summer heat waves
• Low refrigerant, leaking evaporator coils, and failing capacitors on aging condensers
• Thermostat and control board failures after summer storms and power surges
• Clogged condensate drain lines causing water damage and ceiling stains
• Duct leaks, poor airflow, and uneven room-to-room cooling
• Heat pumps and gas furnaces that won't start during winter cold fronts
